One dose against HIV. The regular syringe is replaced by a bioject powered by a carbonic acid cartridge. It is more effective to give the injection in the skin, compared to the muscle according to the Swedish-Tanzanian study. (HIV vaccine experiment, conducted by Swedish professor Eric Sanstram, in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.)
